LiDAR with a wide two-camera view.

AlphaAir 6D is the dual-camera version of the AlphaAir 6 series. It combines the same prism-scanning laser with two APS-C cameras that capture a 110° field of view, in an integrated 1.85 kg design.

What it does

Wide imaging with two cameras

Two APS-C CMOS sensors deliver 26 MP each with a 16 mm focal length and a 110° ultra-wide field of view, with a minimum trigger interval of 1 s.

The same long-range laser

Up to 2,100 m ranging, up to 2,000,000 pts/s, up to 16 returns and 3 cm / 3 cm system accuracy at 120 m above ground, built on 5th-generation waveform processing.

Built for the X500

Up to 40 minutes of effective flight time on the CHCNAV X500 and coverage up to 15 km² per mission.

Frequently asked questions

Should I choose AA6 or AA6D?

The laser is the same. AA6 has a single 100 MP camera and weighs 1.35 kg (up to 50 min on the X500). AA6D has two 26 MP cameras with a 110° field of view and weighs 1.85 kg (up to 40 min on the X500). We help you choose based on the job.

Which drone does it fit?

AA6D is supported on the CHCNAV X500, with up to 40 minutes of effective flight time stated by CHCNAV.

How is the data processed?

CHCNAV's optional software CoPre handles pre-processing (POS solve, adjust and refine, generate point cloud) and CoProcess handles point cloud processing.
