Basic service for robot vacuums
Dusty sensors and worn brushes are among the most common reasons why a robot vacuum cleans worse. In our basic service we clean it and check the parts that wear out first.
What is included
Cleaning
Your robot vacuum is cleaned from hair, dust and debris.
Brushes and filters
Main brush, side brushes and filters are checked, and replaced if needed. Parts are extra.
Charging contacts
We polish the charging contacts. Dirty contacts are a common reason why a robot vacuum does not charge properly.
Want a more thorough service? Our full service also includes sealing where needed, lubrication and any updates.
How it works
1. Drop it off or send it in
Drop your robot vacuum off at RoboCenter in Svedala, or send it to us. Shipping is extra when you send it in.
2. We do the work
If a part needs replacing, we get in touch with a price before we go any further.
3. You get it back
If you sent it in, it is sent back to you. The return shipping is added to the invoice together with the service cost.
Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between basic service and full service?
Basic service covers cleaning, inspection of brushes and filters and polishing of the charging contacts. Full service is more thorough, with a thorough cleaning, sealing where needed, lubrication and any updates.
How often should a robot vacuum be serviced?
Once a year is a good rule of thumb for most households, more often if you have pets, long-haired carpets or use the mop function daily.
Can I send my robot vacuum in instead of dropping it off?
Yes. Pack it securely and send it to RoboCenter: RoboService Nordic AB, Företagsgatan 17, 233 51 Svedala. Please contact us first, so we know it is on its way.
Is shipping included in the price?
No. Shipping is extra when you send the robot in instead of dropping it off yourself. We tell you the shipping cost before we send it back.
Do you service all brands?
We accept most brands, including Roborock, Dreame, Eufy and Kärcher. If you are unsure about your model, get in touch before you drop it off.
