Wheel module replacement for robot vacuums
If a wheel on your robot vacuum gets stuck, the cause is often hair and debris – sometimes a broken wheel module. We replace the wheel module at our workshop.

The wheel module is extra. We get in touch with the price before we go any further.
Not sure what is wrong?
If the wheel is only stuck, cleaning can be enough – and cleaning is part of our basic service. You can also start with a troubleshooting; the fee is deducted if you have the repair done with us.
How it works
1. Drop it off or send it in
Drop your robot vacuum off at RoboCenter in Svedala, or send it to us. Shipping is extra when you send it in.
2. We do the work
If a part needs replacing, we get in touch with a price before we go any further.
3. You get it back
If you sent it in, it is sent back to you. The return shipping is added to the invoice together with the service cost.
Frequently asked questions
The wheel on my robot vacuum is stuck – do I need a new wheel module?
Not necessarily. Hair and debris are the most common cause. If the wheel module is broken, it needs replacing.
Is the part included in the price?
No. The price covers the work of replacing the wheel module. The wheel module is extra, and we get in touch with the price before we replace it.
Can I send my robot vacuum in instead of dropping it off?
Yes. Pack it securely and send it to RoboCenter: RoboService Nordic AB, Företagsgatan 17, 233 51 Svedala. Please contact us first, so we know it is on its way.
Is shipping included in the price?
No. Shipping is extra when you send the robot in instead of dropping it off yourself. We tell you the shipping cost before we send it back.
Do you service all brands?
We accept most brands, including Roborock, Dreame, Eufy and Kärcher. If you are unsure about your model, get in touch before you drop it off.
