Battery replacement for robot vacuums
If your robot vacuum charges poorly or not at all, the cause is most often dirty charging contacts – sometimes the battery. We replace the battery at our workshop.

Not sure it is the battery?
Dirty charging contacts can cause the same symptoms – polishing them is part of our basic service. You can also start with a troubleshooting; the fee is deducted if you have the repair done with us.
How it works
1. Drop it off or send it in
Drop your robot vacuum off at RoboCenter in Svedala, or send it to us. Shipping is extra when you send it in.
2. We do the work
If a part needs replacing, we get in touch with a price before we go any further.
3. You get it back
If you sent it in, it is sent back to you. The return shipping is added to the invoice together with the service cost.

Is the battery included in the price?
No. The price covers the work of replacing the battery. The battery itself is extra, and we get in touch with the price before we replace it.
Can I send my robot vacuum in instead of dropping it off?
Yes. Pack it securely and send it to RoboCenter: RoboService Nordic AB, Företagsgatan 17, 233 51 Svedala. Please contact us first, so we know it is on its way.
Is shipping included in the price?
No. Shipping is extra when you send the robot in instead of dropping it off yourself. We tell you the shipping cost before we send it back.
Do you service all brands?
We accept most brands, including Roborock, Dreame, Eufy and Kärcher. If you are unsure about your model, get in touch before you drop it off.
