Do I need any other tools?
No - hang the Verti-Gauge on the roller, adjust the blades, tighten the bolts. No separate feeler gauges or paper tests needed.
What's the difference between this and the standard digital height gauge?
The standard gauge (R184) sets the main cutting reel against the bedknife. The Verti-Gauge is purpose-built for verticutting reels, which have a different geometry.
