1. Map the course
The course is scanned once with the FJD Trion S2Max, boundaries are set with the V4E Pro. RoboService performs the scan as a service - the club does not need to own the hardware.
2. Visualize the data
GolfMind turns the scan into layers: contours, trees, areas, irrigation and assets - searchable and always up to date.
3. Export reports
Reports for budgets, maintenance planning, material calculations and robot fleet dimensioning - ready to share with the board or the team.

What hardware is required?
The course is scanned with the FJD Trion S2Max and marked with the V4E Pro. RoboService performs the scan as a service - the club does not need to own any hardware.
Does GolfMind control the robots?
GolfMind is the planning and knowledge layer. The robots are operated in the FJD app, and the GolfMind data is used to dimension zones and plan the work.
Is GolfMind useful without robots?
Yes - the tree register, area measurements and asset map carry their own value for any maintenance team. The robot integration is a bonus, not a requirement.
How often does the course need re-scanning?
The base scan is reusable - that is the point. Re-scan sections after renovations or major changes; according to FJDynamics, repeat surveying costs drop by around 60%.
What does it cost?
Price on request - the setup depends on course size and whether scanning is bought as a service. It is usually quoted together with the robot fleet and the zone map.
