Where do I drop off my robot mower?
You drop it off at our workshop at Företagsgatan 17 in Svedala, next to Circle K. Feel free to contact us in advance to book a time that suits you.
Is shipping included in the price?
No, this price applies when you drop off and pick up the robot yourself. If you need shipping or home delivery, see our options for Skåne or the rest of Sweden.
Do I need to book a time?
It helps if you contact us beforehand, but you're also welcome to stop by during our regular opening hours.
What insurance applies during storage?
Your own insurance applies during winter storage.
When do I get my robot mower back?
Your robot mower is ready for pickup well before the mowing season starts, usually during March–April depending on the weather.
How does payment work?
You can pay a one-time fee for winter service and storage, or the service can be included in our Trygghetsabonnemang (peace-of-mind subscription), where service, updates and storage are included every year for a fixed price. Read more here.
